Terms and Conditions

  • Definitions
    Us or Our means Christs School. The Customer, You or Your means the account holder or person agreeing to buy tickets from us.
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations
    This contract is governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and implements the Consumer Rights Directive.

    The fireworks display is classified as an event and as such is exempt from the Cancellation clause of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have no rights of cancellation of your order.

  • Restrictions
    In order to place an order on the website you must be
    • A UK Registered Credit, Debit Card holder or have an account with one of our online payment service partners
    • Legal age to purchase or use any products which may have an age restriction
  • Format of this Contract and Acceptance of Orders
    These terms of sale apply to all tickets supplied by us via the website christsrichmond.schoolfireworks.co.uk. The website is governed by these terms, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Any offer placed by you for tickets is an offer to buy tickets selected from the website in your order. No contract will exist between you and us for the sale of such tickets until we have received and accepted confirmation of payment of your order.
  • Ticket Descriptions and Price
    All tickets at the time of delivery will correspond to the description given by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the tickets meets their requirements. You must purchase a ticket for each person who is to attend the event. If you are purchasing a family ticket for 4 (four) people this will allow a maximum of 2 (two) adults entry to the event. The rest of the people on the ticket must be children.
  • Modifications
    We reserve the right to make modifications where it may be deemed necessary. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of ticket information, if by mistake we have underpriced an item we will offer you the options to:
    • Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund
    • Remove the incorrectly priced items and receive a refund for these tickets

    If you do not select one of the options offered within 7 days or prior to the event (which ever occurs sooner), we will cancel the entire order and any payments made by you will be refunded.

  • Payment
    Payment can be made by any method advertised on the website. Full payment is due at the time of placing the order. No tickets will be dispatched until payment has been approved and cleared funds received. We do not process or hold any card details ourselves but use secure online payment provider services. Further details may be obtained about the payment process upon request.
  • Refunds
    Any refunds will be made via our online payment providers back to the account of card you originally used to make the payment.

    All refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Tickets
    Event tickets may take the form of email notification or a physical ticket.
    • Physical Delivery
      Once purchased, the tickets will be delivered to you at the address specified on this website when you placed the order. Tickets will normally be despatched within 48 working hours. We reserve the right in busy periods to exceed this however we guarantee that your tickets will be delivered prior or on the date of the event.

      Tickets will not be delivered to addresses specified on the online payment providers as we have no access to this information.

    • Printing or Delivery Issues
      Any problems with delivery of the tickets will be notified to the you and alternative arrangements made for you to gain access to the event.
    • Electronic Delivery
      Where tickets are delivered via email confirmation of your order, delivery is considered to have been made on successful transmission of the email to your nominated email address. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses.
  • Returns
    It is your responsibility to inform us of any issues regarding purchasing tickets by email within 7 days of payment or prior to the event date (whichever is sooner). Before returning any tickets you must contact us specifying your order reference and obtain an RMA number which must be used on all correspondence and clearly marked on any return deliveries to us.
    • Extra Delivered Tickets
      If, due to a mistake by us, you are supplied extra tickets, you must notify us immediately and return the tickets to us. If you are found to be in possession of such tickets you will be charged in full for the tickets.
  • Event Cancellation
    If the event has to be cancelled due to circumstances that makes it unsafe to hold the event you will be able to:
    • Substitute
      Use your tickets where an alternative date provided
    • Refund
      Obtain a refund in full upon return of the tickets where no alternative date is provided
  • Ownership and Risk
    Ownership and risk of damage will transfer to you on receipt of the tickets.
  • Force Majeure
    We will not be liable for any breach of agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, droughts, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under this agreement, that decision will not prevent the enforcement of other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.
  • Links to Third Party Websites
    The use of any Third Party Websites is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for the content or accuracy of any information on these sites. These links are supplied as convenience for you and do imply reliability or endorsement by us.
  • Liability
    Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Severance
    If any part of these Terms and Conditions are deemed unenforceable, it will be severed from the rest of the Terms and Conditions which shall remain intact.
  • Variation
    We may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing them on the website.
  • Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions will be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be dealt with by courts in England and Wales.
